'The location of the home was not ideal, as the neighborhood was dirty and not very welcoming or safe. There was a dirty old mattress in the front yard, and a driveway to a separate property that was also a rental behind this one, which created some parking troubles with the other tenant due to a lack of communication from the host. The other tenant left a nasty note and was rather cold during our overlapping time. Inside the home, we were met with dirty, sagging floors, a moldy washer-dryer...

'The property was easy to find and in a good location. The pictures shown are out dated with noticeable downgrades to the over all quality. It appeared clean at first glance but some of the Linens were dirty when we got there as well as a cockroach and slug issue in the house. Communication with the staff was fast but not the best quality.'
