Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious layout with stunning coastal scenery visible from every angle. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze when you're not dining at the many nearby restaurants. The large primary suite offers private balcony access with sweeping Gulf views and its own en-suite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms enjoy private access to the north-facing balcony overlooking Ole River, with one bedroom offering direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway for added convenience.

Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer—ensuring all the conveniences of home.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
