Pura Vida at The Brent Lofts

This 1 queen bed/1 bathroom loft with a queen sleeper sofa couldn't be more centrally located! There are plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and festivals within walking distance from the ground floor entrance. The "World's Whitest Beaches" are only a 15 minute drive! If you want to be in the middle of all the action with a quick peaceful getaway, this is the spot for you.



This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!



**IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts until the end of May. All the shops, restaurants, and bars that we love so much will still be open! While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one. Entry to the Lofts and close parking will not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. Please bear in mind when booking, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!***

- Stay Connected: High-speed WIFI throughout the condo.

- Gourmet Ready: A dual coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen with premium cookware, dishes, pots, strainers, and more to elevate your culinary experience.

-Consumables: In each condo, we provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry/dish pods, coffee, and creamer. If your stay is longer than 3 days, we highly recommend bringing additional supplies. A few sets of towels will be placed in each bathroom. Feel free to use the laundry pods to refresh the towels during your stay or opt in for a room refresh for an addl cost.

Guests of the Lofts can enjoy exclusive access to a fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area. On the same city block, you will find a variety of conveniences such as hair salon, spa, restaurants, and retail shopping.

Parking

While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24).

Things to know

If you plan on using the sleeper sofa, please let us know ahead of time so we can place the proper sheets in the condo. Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience.



-Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand)

-Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out.

-Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25.

• No pets allowed in rental units

• No smoking allowed inside the building or in the Sky Lounge.

• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

• No parties allowed on the premises. Events must be approved through the proper channels and given prior authorization through management.
