'No wifi'

'Fijne accommodatie met zwembad in midden , schone nette kamers, restaurant dichtbij met gied eten en blotte bediening. Het plaatsje was niet spectaculair'

'Een goed hotel. Kamervoorzieningen prima in orde. Het ontbijt redelijk alleen wegwerpbestek, -bekers enz.'

'Room was late for check in. Floors were dirty, bathroom not cleaned. Notified front desk and a cleaner was sent back. I asked the cleaner to mop the floors but when we returned, floors were still dirty. (Wiped floor with a wet paper towel and it was black) Room was in desperate need of repairs. Cupboards and doors had peeling paint ect. Breakfast was good as well as the outdoor pool. Location is good but will definitely choose another place to stay the next time we travel to Penticton.'

'Beautiful view'

'Booked. 2 nights at 360 a night check in was supposed to be 4:00 didn’t get in till 5:00 to find an old dirty room with blood on the curtain. They had no other rooms so we left. Hoping I get refunded'

'The lobby looks great and modern. That's the only part of the hotel that is. I've stayed in Sandman hotels before and this one is very out-dated, not upto what I was expecting from Sandman. There was no mention of a room airconditioning unit which was very loud, in fact had to turn it off to sleep. Then was hot because of no air conditioning. Staff was very helpful and understanding when we checked out the next day. Just a little disappointing for us as we had higher expectations from...
