'The entire hotel seemed new. It was all very clean and the staff were all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. It was nice and close to the beach and a quick walk to a couple of online recommended ice cream shops (Ogo’s and Tickleberries). Everything was a quick drive away.'

'OUTSTANDING!! Stayed in one of the bungalows and am now looking into getting back there ASAP!! Everything is within walking distance and the beach is right outside your door. The newly renovated cottages take you back to an earlier time and the communal sitting areas and BBQs were well thought out. Every detail of this hotel had the guest experience in mind. A must stay when in Penticton!'

'On the second floor they had multiple seating areas and grilling areas so families could sit out and have private spaces as needed; there were sitting areas with cozy fires, so it was nice to relax by the fire and watch the sun go down. The foot wash station was a big hit with the kiddo for washing all the sand off the feet before going back to the room, and we also like the convenience of having extra beach towels at the desk if needed. I also liked the convenience of self checkin and checkout....

'Exactly what we were hoping for - a clean, slightly updated, kitchenette suite with easy access to a pool and walking distance to Okanagan Beach. We were very happy with the suite we got. It is definitely a popular family destination and comes with everything you need but would recommend asking about the dish/kitchen inventory in case you need more. Very happy with our stay! Will be coming back!'

'Owner was so friendly and outgoing made our stay so much nicer. Always greeted us with a smile. Room was comfy and clean. My husband locked himself in bathroom so owner had to rescue him which makes for a good joke on him. Owner had the most friendly black lab we fell in love with him/her. Pool was super clean as well 10/10'
