Het grote wormvormige zwembad strekt zich uit tot en met het naastgelegen hotel met erlangs een houten vlonderpad op de 8e verdieping. Relaxte vijfsterrensfeer.'

'Great location in Chinatown, surrounded by many good restaurants and bars - easy to go around. Petaling street is just a few meters away. Hotel staff is very friendly, good food at the breakfast restaurant so this is a nice way to start your day. At the checkin I was upgraded to the 18th floor, the view was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to travellers, you won’t get disappointed.'

'Santa Grand Classic Chinatown is naar mijn idee een hotel met veel potentie. Met een paar verbeteringen zou ik zeker terug komen, al was de kamer iets wat aan de krappe kant voor 2 personen met baggage. Bij aankomst was de doucheput/afvoer verstopt en was de kamer erg warm (24 graden) ook met de airco aan!! 3 Uren na aankomst is er iemand van onderhoud langs geweest en heeft de afvoer ontstopt. 'De voorzieningen als douche en toilet zijn netjes. Het matras was erg dun, waardoor het vrij hard en oncomfortabel was. Daarnaast lieten de kamers ondanks dat ze afgesloten waren van elkaar veel geluid door. Al met al prima voor een paar nachten.'
