The breakfast was out of this world - better than any place we’ve ever stayed. Kitchen was stocked with the most delicious olive oil cake and many other goodies around the living area to enjoy.

'The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. 'Great hotel in middle of Montepulciano ancient city, our hosts were very pleasant and helpful, Roberto is super fun to talk with and shared me lots of tips for rest of trip in Italy. The terrace on top of the building is special, you can find mature trees growing on it, very quiet place to have breakfast and chill during evening. Very happy I booked that hotel, would go back without hesitation.

'Very nice welcome by our host and we started immediately with wine tasting with cheese and bruschettas. Although we were the only guests she offered to make dinner for us. But we went into the centre of Montepulciano (walking distance) and found a few open restaurants. Beautiful centre with a few shops open despite the winter period closures. 'It's hard to imagine you can call staying at a property with the nightly rates that are being charged here as good value, but amazingly it is.
This is by far the best property I have ever had the joy of staying at, the attention to detail is second to none. All of the staff are amazing and make the stay feel like you're part of a family, you can spend all day just wandering around the grounds there are so many little details to find and the pool is to die for.

'Easy to find hotel and parking, although you do have to walk up a steep hill to get to hotel, fine for us and our children. The rooms are amazing, cute and quaint. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing! Definitely worth having dinner there one night, the servers were great.
