Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom lakeside retreat on Bay Lake! Designed with space and entertainment in mind, this cottage features two separate living areas and a fantastic walk-out lower level, making it the perfect destination for multi-family getaways or group retreats.

Main Level: Master bedroom with a King bed; second bedroom with a Queen bed.

Lower Level: Two additional bedrooms, both featuring comfortable Queen beds.

Living Spaces & Sunroom

Two Living Areas: There are two distinct living rooms, both equipped with TVs and pull-out couches (one on the middle level, one on the lower level)—perfect for giving everyone their own space to relax!

Three-Season Sunroom: Overlooking the water, this is the ultimate cozy spot to sip your morning coffee, read a book, and watch the lake.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Includes all the appliances, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare family meals.

Complimentary: Coffee, tea, sugar, and basic spices (salt/pepper).

Please Note: Cooking oil, aluminum foil, and saran wrap are not provided. We kindly ask that dishes are washed or placed in the dishwasher before departure.

Two full bathrooms (one on each level). We provide hand towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (please bring extra rolls if needed for longer stays).

⚠️ IMPORTANT TOWEL NOTE: No bath towels are provided. Please ensure you pack your own!

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available exclusively for guests staying a minimum of 7 nights.

Walk-Out Basement Entertainment Room
The lowest level is fully set up for rainy-day fun, featuring air hockey, a foosball table, and various classic board games. It walks out directly to the waterfront backyard.

Watercraft: Enjoy the private dock, kayaks, and a canoe.

Boating & Fishing: Perfect if you are bringing your own jet skis or motorized boats! The lake is stocked with lake trout, providing an incredible year-round fishery.

Evenings under the Stars: Unwind at the private firepit and lounging area, or cook dinner on the provided BBQ (propane is included!).

Age Requirement: The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old.

🐶 Dog Policy: Only one small, well-trained dog is allowed with prior approval. Please message us with your dog's breed, age, size, and type at the time of booking with an additional pet fees per stay. Additional fees will apply if any messes, uncleaned feces, or damages are found indoors. Pets are strictly prohibited from being washed in the bathroom showers/tubs.

❄️ Winter Bookings (Please Read): Northern winters are beautiful but unpredictable! While we hire a local company to plow and shovel after each snowfall, we cannot guarantee pathways/driveways will always be freshly cleared during your stay. We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle and winter tires to safely navigate the area.
