The penisula is a great spot for morning sunrises and catching some photos of loons. Many kayaks to enjoy time on the lake, laumch right fromt the beach. Plenty of indoor activities as well. 'A lovely property with a homey feel and an amazing view. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals even a large pot for lobster boils. We appreciated it was only 3 steps to get in the house with bathroom grab bars for toilets and showers. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs but for family members with limited mobility, all the common areas are on the ground floor with just one small step down to get on the deck. We will definitely stay there again.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house at the end of Water Street. It is ideally suited for viewing of the Old Sow turbulence. I don't think there could be a better viewpoint from the American side. There are at least three lighthouses which can be seen from the house, and both the rising and setting of the sun. And then there's the Bald Eagle which likes to sit on Dog Island and think about life for hours every day.'
