It was nice to have indoor and outdoor space including a charcoal grill, dock, and screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Highly recommend this property. 'We had a great time! We had Nana Camp with my grandchildren ranging in age from 7-13. We loved the wildlife, weather, river, and all the provisions you supplied so we could make the most of everything. We tubed, kayaked, roasted marshmallows, played board games, sang, danced and fell exhaustedly to sleep each night.'

'Great rental for a group of 9 fisherman to enjoy the weekend. The dock is good but for my boat it has to be high tide to use, we did have access to the deepwater ramp on cedar island with this rental. Plenty of space for grilling and chilling. We enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole boards as well.We plan to stay there again in the near future.'

'Nice place to stay. Built to modern standards so it survived the last hurricane very well. Fully functional and in good repair. Boat access is good. Parking is good and incudes enough space for your trailer.'

'Really enjoyed our stay at Vanilla Cottage. It was perfect for my husband and I to stay a few days in Steinhatchee to go scalloping. The unit was clean and comfortable and the Steinhatchee Landing neighborhood was a great choice. The communication from the property manager was very good.'

'Great Location! The property is clean and well maintained. Steinhatchee Landing is a cute little village that has all the amenities to make for and enjoyable family vacation. Would definitely book again.'

'Host is excellent. Home is very clean and has all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable week scalloping and fishing. Home has access to a private neighborhood ramp in close proximity. Parking downstairs is covered with access to water and electric outlets. We had a great time.'

'best rental for scalloping, channel is nice and clean getting in and out of boat ramp is easy and never busy. The home is spectacular. This was our 3rd year renting this home and it never disappoints. Martie is wonderful and responds quickly! Thank you for another great year.'

'We had a great time. Jennifer was easy to get a hold of for a question we had upon entering. The house was super clean. We loved the location and the 5 bathrooms. The ice machine wasn’t there due to the hurricane so we had to make few trips out for ice but other than that I would definitely recommend this house. '
