Telstra, the service provider, cut a fibre line in the street, which cut the service to the hotel and unfortunately they were unable to rectify the situation in a more timely manner. We understand this is very frustrating and the service has been restored. We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable and more productive stay soon
