One of the best stays
Communication with Peter was on point and very friendly..from the moment i made my reservation till the end of our stay..everything ran smoothly.. Upon arriving, easy to get to, house was nice, clean and tidy and very welcoming..close to all amenities especially the beach 😍..even the neighbourhood was nice and clean..i dont have anything bad to say about our experience..i will definitely use this place again next time im in Perth 😃 i will highly recommend this place to my friends and family and anyone else ✅️

Amenities/Barbecue Pit
Unfortunately both barbecue pits were very dirty and oily. We tried to use it after cleaning but the oily sludge deposits caught fire and burnt our steaks. We were really fearful and quickly stop using it and put out the fire. Please having the cleaning people thoroughly clean out the barbecue pits. Thanks

Lovely property but cleanliness issues
This is a beautiful and spacious property with all you need for a great holiday. Our bed was very comfortable but the whole place needs a through clean. We found saucepans with food burnt on and just put away. There was dust everything especially in the air-conditioning (which caused my husband breathing difficulty) and under beds, on furniture etc. We moved the sofa and found rotting food underneath. The property has bags of potential and is in a fabulous area with the beach just around the corner. Such a shame!

Hi Ros, I'm sorry you found the house not as clean as it should have been. I wish you had contacted me when you arrived as I would have had the cleaner go back & fix the issues. As a compensation if you book again I will definitely reduce the price for your stay. I will also pass on your comments to the cleaner and get those issues fixed. As we are in Perth we don't get to the house very often, so we don't see the faults etc. Once again I'm sorry for the trouble. Kind regards Peter

A great place to stay!
We loved our stay at this well equipped, awesomely located house. Peter is fantastic to deal with and very prompt at returning phone calls. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out, the beds are super comfy, room for the dog, air conditioning and the beautiful beach is a short walk down the road. This was our second time staying here and we will be back again next year!

A property to suit all.
This is our second time renting and have found that it very suitable for all . The areas are broken up to give the children plus parents ,or in our case grand parents room to have privacy, when needed all under the same roof. Close to beach what else can one ask for.

Mandurha stay
Had a great experience for our first stay in Mandurha the rental property was everything it was advertised to be, the beach was within walking distance and shops and restaurant a short drive away. The host of the property, Peter was a precise and very obliging communicator.

It was a nice house and the location was great for us a 5 minute drive from our 2 sons.
If the owner is paying cleaner for this property he is being ripped off.skirting boards were dirty under beds were full of fluff .The house is very nice and deserves better cleaning. The tap in the ensuit runs constantly.

Lovely location and great for two families
This house is a short walk to a lovely beach. Also in good proximity to the marina and foreshore. Accommodates a good number of people which was helpful as we had two families. I did think that it had two sitting rooms however there is only one. Looking back on the photos it looks like the listing has older and newer photos for the same room with different couches. The house is dog friendly - although we didn’t need to bring ours in the end, it was good to have the option. Note it is strictly for outside dogs only. The host was great, very friendly and provided clear and timely instructions. The main let down for this property is the up-keep and cleanliness. The couches were very easy to move but hadn’t been cleaned under. The fabric couch needs a steam clean. The light fittings were dusty. There was mold in the shower. The fan above the hot plate was missing it’s cover and the grease was dripping down. The garden needs weeding. The walls also need a good clean… I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” but a property should always be clean. This house needs a deep clean to get it back on track.

Great family accommodation with the bonus of beach just down the road!
My wife and I stayed here with our two kids &7) as well as our 2 small dogs for 20 days, our second time using this property for accommodation. This house has everything you need for comfort with the bonus of the beach and shopping centre within walking distance. The owner Peter is only a call away and is very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

A comfortable and convenient break
Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Peter was a terrific and generous host. He couldn’t do enough for us and promptly responded to all of our enquiries.The secure and spacious backyard is ideal for children and pets to play in. The garage with electric door is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 2 large cars or a car and a boat. There is side access from the garage into the house entry. A beautiful dog beach is within walking distance. The house was very spacious, comfortable, bright, airy, clean and well maintained. Water was piping hot, WiFi was super fast without any drop out and connection to Smart TV was quick and simple. Mandurah Forum was only a few minutes drive away and there were a cluster of smaller shopping centres even closer by. Will most definitely come back. More than 3 days next time !!

Golfers heaven
Five guys stayed 7 night to play a golf carnival in the MANDURAH area. Peter’s house at SAN Remo was perfect, clean spacious, with all amenities available. Peter was very helpful and ega to help us in any way he could. Do yourself a favour, if you’re in the area and need accommodation for a few days, book this place. Someone else will otherwise. Stars only go up to 5 should be 10

Great holiday house close to the beach
Great holiday house in a fantastic location. The owner Peter was great to deal with. Checkin was really simple and the house was clean and tidy and a very good size for a family to go away on holiday together. Being so close to the beach within 2 minutes walk was fantastic and very close to shops and parks for children was a bonus too. Was a lovely holiday escape to Mandurah and would definitely stay again.
