I have enjoyed my stay at the hotel and special mention to Binita who kindly upgrade us to the newly renovated rooms and allow us to check in early after hearing that we have been waiting since 7+am to check in. The only set back is the wifi in the room. For some strange reasons, emails can only be received and cannot be sent whether using the hotel wifi or my personal mobile hotspot. The hotel advised that other guests from Singapore also faced with the same issue. Do hope that they will resolve this as it is very important for business travellers to stay connected.

The property was good the room was very basic. No bar fridge facility. Our bathroom was designed for a wheelchair, so shower layout was not really designed for standing. Windows were filthy, roof top view of rubbish on roof level below. Montys was great for breakfast

Séjour excellent du début à la fin. Prix sur Hôtels.com très raisonnable pour cette catégorie d’hôtels. Check-in réalisé par une hôtesse adorable. Chambre très belle, spacieuse, avec une belle vue. La localisation est idéale à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville.

Close to the heart of the city
The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and in the heart on the city. Everything was close or able to get on free public transport, however the only down fall is the parking is a bit high and no free parking around. I would stay here again.

Disappointing stay. Loud drilling noise from renovations which began in 2019 and front desk advised will continue until 2025. Room service took 1.5 hours to arrive and was pretty bad. Best to find a better hotel elsewhere.

O hotel é lindo, bem localizado e super limpo! O quarto tem uma vista incrível mas as janelas são lacradas. Ficar sem ventilação natural é horrível, parece que estamos presos numa caixa. A cama e os travesseiros são perfeitos, extremamente confortáveis! A sensação é de dormir nas nuves! A piscina não pega muito sol mas o local é agradável. Café da manhã ok.
