Location, location, location
This was a wonderful stay. We loved the location and comfort of the apartment. It would be helpful to have the ironing board replaced as it kept collapsing when being used.

Simply Perfect
Perfect location right next to beach & easy train access to Fremantle & Perth. Lovely cool apartment with everything you could need. Comms with host were excellent start to finish. Apartment spotless on arrival. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great Location - But Bunk Beds
We loved the location, fittings, amenities of this property. However, the second bedroom has a bunk bed, not twin beds, as described in the listing. This made for less comfort for the tall person who was sleeping in that room. The third sleeping space is a fold-out sofa/futon in a small home office area off the living room.

Thank you Andrew for taking the time to review AND thank you for bringing these issues to my attention. The VRBO website has been updated. Unfortunately the amenities previously listed were NOT as previously described in the edit. I’ve had the property for well over 20 years and always updated when there has been any refurbishment. I’m very sorry for the misunderstanding and I have immediately amended this on the property description. Please note - Queen bed in main bedroom. Single bunk beds in second bedroom. NO futon - queen sofa bed in third bedroom.

Perfect Cottesloe Apartment
Perfect Cottesloe Apartment for my family. Loved the location to Beach. No car required. Hop step and jump to beach, restaurants, supermarket, takeaway. Apartment well equipped and well maintained. I loved mix of antique and modern furnishings. The most outstanding feature in the hot weather is how cool the Apartment stays with excellent aircon throughout. Overall 5/5 for our family.

Beautiful location
This property was perfect for us. Our mother needed a place without stairs. She also wanted to be close to the ocean and nice restaurants. These plus our need for a multi bedroom home with parking make the choice to book with Kaye easy. Thanks for a wonderful place to call home for a few days.

Very central location. Beach, shops, restaurants and bus and train station in the immediate vicinity. Clean and spacious. We would return to the apartment on next visit to Perth. We can recommend this accomodation.
