U zult willen keer op keer terug komen naar dit onlangs gerenoveerde woning. Het pand is onlangs vernieuwd en heeft een mooie keuken beneden en een kitchenette boven, samen met twee onlangs gerenoveerde badkamers.

Gelegen op Waterside Canals, 1 uur van Perth Airport en 2 minuten rijden van het centrum van Mandurah, dit huis is luxe leven. Word wakker met de stille rust en uitzicht op het water dat het vakantiehuis een verblijf je niet zal vergeten te maken.

Geschikt voor een groot gezin, of een groep vrienden, Deze 5 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers woning is geschikt voor maximaal 9 volwassenen. Het heeft 3 QS slaapkamers, een tweepersoonskamer en een eenpersoonskamer, is volledig uitgerust met alle faciliteiten en comfortabel ingericht in meubels van hoge kwaliteit.

Het ruime terras biedt uitzicht op de gracht en is ingericht met een tafel van 9 stoelen, een glazen zithoek met 4 plaatsen en 2 zonnelounges, en is uitgerust met een stopcontact voor aardgas om te genieten van een barbecue.

Geniet van een dagje vissen, dan aanmeren van uw boot op de eigen aanlegsteiger. Breng uw krab potten te laten vallen in het water aan het einde van de steiger.

Geniet van een peddel of zwemmen in het kanaal.

Canal Stay

The hot water system is inadequate and cannot be used by more than one bathroom at a time. Back downstairs bathroom and toilet need attention. No manuals or information left for guests. Small things that should be provided at the price such as soaps, tissues etc. were not available in some of the bathrooms. The guard gate on the front door needs a replacement mechanism to keep it open when trying to move in or out. otherwise despite the weather we enjoyed the large view from the dining room.

Great stay

We were a group of friends that stayed for the weekend. Great location, clean & well-kept property and everything we needed for a lovely weekend away. We had a storm come through Mandurah but this did not effect the stay & we were still able to have some sundowners on the alfresco area. Dot, the host, was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again :-)

Fabulous Mandurah

Eight of us (all seniors) had a wonderful 5 days in this magnificent house on the canals. Everything was spotlessly clean and spacious. Great sitting on the verandah decking watching the birdlife and trying our hands at a bit of crabbing with drop nets of the jetty. Lovely setting and would thoroughly recommend a holiday here for all ages at anytime of the year

Fantastic getaway

We stay here 10 years ago when grand kids were just born. To take them back was amazing. They loved the place and learnt to kayak, swim in the estuary, crab and catch fish. Was a relaxing weekend away. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. Really recommend Dot's home.

Lovely big home clean and tidy when checking in. house was fabulous, the deck was the best spot! The only negative would be the driveway/parking. Very tight and a squeeze parking cars in the narrow driveway & carport. The towels on beds up stairs were folded but quite wet still.. all in all would recommend.

Very comfortable for our group of nine aged 70 + friends. We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed the balcony over the Canal for meals and drinks. We also had a pair of swans with 4 big cygnets visiting us each day. Most enjoyable stay especially in December as we also were able to go on the Christmas lights cruise.

My elderly sisters and other family found this property perfect for our needs. The sun deck was the most popular spot as we spent a lot of time watching swans pelicans and other birds. No dolphins but we did enjoy our lunch cruise one day where the dolphins put on a show. Great stay in the lovely city of Mandurah

Stay at 5 Donnelly Garens

The property was beautiful and well appointed; however, the cleanliness was questionable. The previous occupants had left the property in a very dirty state, meaning the cleaners were struggling to have the property cleaned in time for our check in. Our guests were arriving at 2.00 and the floors were still being mopped, the bins needed taking out, and the fridge cleaned. I ended up cleaning out the fridge, thus freeing up the cleaners to complete the floors etc. The fridge was in an awful state, necessitating me having to scrub the spilt sticky liquid from the bottom of the fridge. When we went to use the BBQ, my husband needed to spend an hour cleaning off the burnt, built up food from previous uses. This was so much so, that I made a trip home to our house, nearby to grab the electric frypan to cook in. The Lazy Susan on the outside table had a large buildup of crumbs, so it wouldn't rotate. We rectified these issues, including cleaning out the bins in the kitchen before putting in bin liners. The cleaners did their best but obviously didn't have enough time to clean from the previous occupants. This didn't detract from our enjoyment of the property, however when you are spending good money, it was quite unacceptable. Maybe there should be greater expectations for guests to leave the property in a better state when they depart.

Luxury Canal Stay.

Very well presented 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. It was a pleasure for our group of over 70's to enjoy. The weather was great and we spent a good deal of our time on the balcony overlooking the canal. Dolphins and black swans also added to the stay. We would love to come back again.
