'The room and bathroom (2 adults, 2 kids) were quite spacious and very clean. Water pressure was excellent. comfortable bed. Hands down, the thing we loved most were the two gentlemen staff/bar tenders in the main floor bar. I mentioned to the first one that I just wanted to see highland cows- he called up a friend and sent us down the street to a local farm for an up-close. 'Ondanks dat de buitenkant van het hotel er sjofel uitzag was de kamer schoon en netjes, nieuwe badkamer, goed bed en er was een een tv. De buren waren de eigenaren. Dat was een heel goed Indisch,Nepalees restaurant hotel, waar we s'avonds heel goed gegeten hebben en 'morgens ontbeten. Vriendelijk personeel en dat alles heel betaalbaar. '

'We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location central very close to the Jahangir indian restaurant we had booked a meal at. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. A nice trolley was in room with coffe, tea facilities and jelly beans and biscuits. 'Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.'
