'The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the food was good. What I thought could be improved was the cleanliness of the bathroom, the route was in the middle of the lake and large portions of the day was spent simply docked on shore. I would only recommend going for one night. We booked two nights and they gave us a refund for our second night as they did not have enough guests on our boat to take us out and when we asked about the route they said it would be the same. While we didn’t get to try all the amenities due to the NY eve rush, the complimentary boat ride on the lake Vemnad was amazing (I would highly recommend to book in advance as it fills our fast). The hotel has considerable style, the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, the pool is lovely, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the beds are very comfortable. The setting is great, although the local beach is rather messy (but you do not need the beach when staying here).'
