'Très bel hébergement, j'ai adoré mon grand appartement. La vue est magnifique du haut de la colline, mais il faut monter une bonne côté avec plusieurs marches pour se rendre. Le petit déjeuner est assez standard (pain, gelée, café, jus et pomme), mais le personnel est très gentil. Même si peu d'entre eux parlent bien anglais, on reussit à se comprendre. Aussi, très bonne communication via WhatsApp. Par contre, un peu déçu que la description affiche service de buanderie, car en fait, ce n'est pas...

'Vanaf het station Ollantantambo gelopen, hetgeen door het zoeken niet direct heel eenvoudig was. Route is echter achteraf gemakkelijk. Loopinstructies zouden handig zijn geweest. Kwartier lopen vanaf station. Guesthouse zelf heel vriendelijk. Eenvoudige kamer, maar alles is aanezig en is schoon. Prima ontbijt met een glimlach. 'A hospedagem fica em uma ótima localização, tem preço bom, porém leve em consideração que tem que subir escadas para chegar nela. Além do mais a proprietária não quis cumprir com a informação que o café é gratuito, mesmo informado na aquisição do produto na página do hostels , a mesma alegou que eu tinha adquirido uma hospedagem com custo promocional e por esse motivo o café não estava incluso, o que não condiz com o detalhe adquirido mundo ao hotels.com, isso me frustou bastante.'

'Someone was waiting for us at the train station to take us to Rupa. That was nice because the place is not easy to find. Also someone carried the luggage which was much appreciated while it's a very steep climb to the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and staff is very helpfull and speak good english. So a perfect place to stay. Only negative I can say is that the showers where not hot but that is realy the only thing. '

The hotel is listed as a hotel online, which is false advertising because the owner insisted that the place was a hostel. Thus, there was barely any reception throughout the day or night. 'This is a wonderful place with a staff that really care. They are currently remodeling and when they are done it will be fantastic. Rooms were clean and straight forward from what they offered.
