'Everything was very nice, there was a thank you card and a bottle of wine when we arrived. The apartment was very clean. Even the throw pillows and blankets looked clean and new. It would have been nice to know that the bar and restaurant had limited hours during the holiday which was disappointing but not something we couldn't figure out. It would have been nice to have a blender but not a big deal either. It was a very nice little condo and we had a very nice relaxing stay.'

'Loved staying at Jennifer’s house in the middle of the woods at Bryce Resort. So close to nature with deers and chipmunks around in the area. The house is spacious for a family of 5 with three teenage kids.
All facilities where available to use and communicating with Jennifer was easy. Would highly recommend this house if you want to relax in the nature and explore this part of Virginia'

'The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend to others. Communication with the host DJ was quick and easy, as well as check in/out. The property grounds are well maintained and nestled in a nice little community. Within a mile there is a general store, a couple restaurants, ice cream, putt putt etc. '

'We’ve been coming to Davis for a long time but this was our first time staying in Black Bear. The Bear Lair was perfect for our stay. Clean, well decorated, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and plenty of firewood. The central location was great as we bounced between Dolly Sods, Timberline, White Grass and downtown Davis. Abby was super responsive and accommodating. We definitely plan to return. '
