'We enjoyed Tina’s home so much and it was very well appointed. She had fresh flowers, a welcome basket of snacks, and wine upon arrival. The home is very spacious and perfect for gatherings. Tina thinks of everything and is very responsive if needed. The backyard is like a meditation zen garden. I would definitely recommend staying here.'

We are fans of old buildings and this one was old but still in great shape, very nicely kept up and included all the amenities we needed. The condo had 3 huge street- facing windows that admitted Plenty of light and made for some fun watching of the street scene below. Check in was seamless and the hosts were super responsive. 'Home was spotless. Each of the three couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen well equipped. Nice areas to hang out and eat meals. We were issued parking passes as promised however discovered they were expired after being ticketed. The property manager has already reimbursed us for this. Excellent care taken to correct this. Would recommend this for a conveniently located home in an unpretentious historical neighborhood.'

'Nice place. Two units combined into one rental, so there are two kitchens and two bathrooms. Great parking for two full size vehicles. 2 king bed bedrooms and two additional rooms - each with twin beds for either gathering and watching TV or sleeping. The upstairs king bedroom has a crib, plus there is a pack-n-play stored under the stairs. Definitely recommend considering this place if you want to be close to the Fan and VCU.'

'This property is great for relaxing if you want a quiet getaway.It's in a rural area but only 25 minutes to the city.It's very clean and fully equipped. We had a problem opening the locked box to get the key but the host immediately drove to the home to open it for us.If you have a large family this home is perfect for that.'

'Our stay at Eugene’s listing was great. We had a few hiccups but Eugene was an incredible host and navigated us through the slight hiccups. The hot water ran out on our first night but Eugene promptly provided troubleshooting steps that resolved the issue for the remainder of our stay. The home is cozy, quaint, and exactly as depicted.
