'Pros: Die Freundlichkeit, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung usw. Es hat alles gepasst. Kann ich Kompromisslos weiterempfehlen.'

'When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly.'

'De buitenruimte bood fijne plekken om te relaxen.'

'This was a perfect accommodation. A beautiful, Berlin-style apartment in a a great location (about a two minute walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations). Eileen was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She went above and beyond and made lodging a complete non-issue on our Berlin trip. I could not recommend this property enough!'
