'The outside could be worked on a bit,but over all it was a comfortable stay,the bed was really comfortable and clean and whoever the housekeeper is who decorates the towels should get a raise that’s what sealed the deal for me it actually put a smile on my face when I saw it. '

'I can look last an outdated building. However the stairwell had a strong urine smell. The pool is advertised as indoor but when we arrived it was closed due to being a seasonal pool. The person that checked us in barely spoke a word to us. The jet tub in the room didnt work, the AC barely worked and leaked all over the carpet. The breakfast consisted of sticky muffins, cereal bars, juice and coffee from a dirty coffee machine. I recommend finding a different hotel. Its not worth the headache.'

'This room was great. It was big like an apartment. I loved the large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. It got too chilly for us to use the pool that night so my kids were able to take baths and feel like they were in a pool. Would definitely stay again. '

'Hotel op een relatief rustige plek, maar toch overal goed dichtbij. Ruime parkeergelegenheid, onze kamer op de bovenste was ruim, verzorgd, en schoon. Lijkt er sterk op dat het hotel recentelijk gerenoveerd is. Fijn verblijf gehad.'

'Rooms oversold. Arrived at 1 am. To one bed for four people. This cannot happen without apologizing and some effort to make it right. '

'Housekeeping staff person for the first level on 4/11/26 provided outstanding service! She was so polite and helpful, letting me into my room when I got locked out, walking me to the ice machine, and demonstrating how to use it. I hope she enjoyed the Starbucks gift card I left her :)'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!'
