'We are a family of six, four children and myself and husband. This Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and I fell in love with how traditional it is. My children had plenty of fun out back in the huge garden. Most evenings we had a fire blazing in the living room. While we played board games and playing cards. 'Wonderful experience staying at the property.
One suggestion for the owners is to provide instructions on the use of appliances particularly those appliances that are unique to Europe e.g. the combination washer- dryer, hot water heater in the shower etc. we figured it out eventually but a how to booklet would have been helpful.'

'Our hosts Elspeth and Drew Vaughan were amazing. Very welcoming and informative. Some of the most pleasant and adorable hosts I’ve ever had. The area and hut were very clean and comfortable. They provided history and information about the area. Just wonderful. If I’m ever able to return to Ireland, I would definitely choose to stay here. '

'We had a very pleasant stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house is well equiped with everything you need although I missed a dryer (drying outside is possible but was not an option because of the rain chances). A clothing rack to dry wash inside would be useful. The only disadvantage of the house is that there is no wifi, but we could borrow the mobile internet device of the hosts during our stay.'
