'Very beautiful small B&B type hotel. Very nice outdoor settings and gardens, ideal for a few days stay in summer. Room very clean and comfy with extra's. Bathroom immaculate. Stunning breakfast room serving top breakfast. Very friendly and accomodating hosts, freshly brewed coffee and cupcakes on arrival. In short: Perfect stay, 10/10'

'The property was so smelly that we had to hold our breaths to reach to our room. Dirty and smelly throughout. Empty handwash and body shower or shampoo. Dirty linens as well. '

'Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier. Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle. Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more. I will return without doubt as a perfect...

'Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.'
