'Upon arrival, check in , there was no one at the front desk with a sign that stated no one at the front desk. Asked a cleaning person in lobby to be checked in and that staff person did not know how to locate anyone to come assist. Hope this feedback helps as a customer should not have to wait long to be checked in.'

'Check-in to checkout was seamless.'
