Location is in the middle of Chaweng road, with Tropical Murphy's (a nice Irish pub) right next door and the night food court across the road. The big clubs are far enough away noise-wise (even though there is some noise from the street) but close enough to allow you to walk home. Only negative was a smell of mould near the closet. The place is expensive, but I think the great service, great surroundings...

'Le meilleur hôtel de koh samui pour nous. Tout était parfait, le service irréprochable, les gens extrêmement gentils. La chambre gigantesque super confortable avec petite piscine privée, la déjeuner très bon, la piscine sur la plage parfaite, pas trop de vague dans la mer, mais pas une mer hyper calme non plus, la plage super belle un peu plus calme que la partie de chaweng plus au nord, resto et bar sur la plage super pour le midi et le soir.
Il y a des marches à monter car en hauteur, mais...

'Do yourself a big favor and book another hotel. This is the worst we’ve stayed in the whole Samui. The door and windows are so bad isolated, with more than 1cm holes that you feel like you’re in a tent outside in the middle of all the party and crowds. Insects are obviously also coming at night.
We booked for 3 nights but changed hotel after the first night because it was unbearable. We barely slept an hour through the night.
The staff was not helpful at all when we asked for a refund, this...

'The hotel is beautiful and located in perfect position off the beach. It is walkable distance to the main street of chaweng. The staff are extremely friendly and nice. Guide and Neng were so helpful and kind every time we walked out. Breakfast was delicious too. Seen night club wasnt really a club, it was empty with only a few tables, so we didnt hang out there much. But thr view was gorgeous. Thank you Avani we loved our time there.'

"Het volk wat daar komt in het hotel is slecht. Hotel doet niks.security staat alleen bij de poort en snacht nergens te vinden. Is er luid weinig facaliteiten. Zoveel beter hotwls dan deze trouwens bedden zijn vies en de airco klinkt of hij naast je bed staat"
