There were people running up and down the hallways until after 3 am, hitting the doors and screaming what would be considered racial profanities if said by a white person, being aggressive and threatening... it was Very obnoxious and led to no sleep all night. I could smell what I assume was narcotics being smoked and the room above me didn’t sleep at all, they were stomping around and sliding chairs across the floor, it was absolutely ridiculous. The lady that was working at the front desk (8 pm) is a sweet heart though and she did a great job and had a good attitude.. we had been awake for almost 3 days restoring power in the area and just needed a little sleep, which didn’t happen. I reached out to the hotel and they won’t respond… the place reminded of the projects and the neighborhood would be fitting of that. If I wanted to be in that environment I would have went to the motel 6.. very disappointed
