The space
This listing is Unit 4 of a charming 4-unit cottage.

When you pull into the small parking lot, the cottage will be on your left-hand side. Unit 4 is the end unit of the building—easy to find!

Please park in the parking space directly in front of Unit 4.

Look for the Unit 4 sign and the keypad entry lock.

The cottage features a kitchenette equipped with the essentials for preparing simple meals, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, and complimentary coffee for your convenience.

For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with a brand-new air conditioning unit. Additional fans, portable air conditioning units, and an air mattress are available upon request. Please let us know if you would like any of these items during your stay.

Cottage 4 features a new full-size pullout sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for extra guests. While the cottage can accommodate more than two guests, it is cozy in size and is best suited for one or two guests seeking a comfortable stay.

Pet Policy
One well-behaved pet is welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please disclose pets at the time of booking.

If you would like to bring additional pets, you must obtain approval from the host prior to arrival. Additional approved pets are subject to an additional non-refundable pet fee.

Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Excessive pet hair, odors, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
