High school/college age kids having a party next door and very loud in hallway, fire alarm going off, called front desk and comment was “it should be going off soon”, could smell burning plastic, fire and police came and broke down the door the kids were in (they ran down the steps), firemen inspected our room, left and we didn’t hear a thing from anyone. Smelled burnt plastic all night which irritated our nose and throat, not a single call or check in from staff. Broken door pieces remained in the hall when we checked out. Water cooler empty, not paying $4 for a bottle of water. Had to ask for towels on two occasions. Shouldn’t have to ASK for housekeeping. Everyone was on their phones constantly.
