'This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island.'

'Host was very good. Property was excellent. Kids loved functional cubby house with three beds. Property was clean plenty of space, beds and linen to fit total of 12. One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean,dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. As it was very hectic for us to put the dishes away etc with kids.'

'We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.'

'Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are.'

'Good for a stay, decking you need to go outside to get to and the stairs are in need of repair. Has fireplace, need to bring own wood and clean out after. Has a large yard so would be good for summer with kids. Steep driveway and can miss it if not looking for it - use google maps. My only issue is the controller to the tv needs replacing as the battery would die within 20 mins off charging cable.'

'Excellent accommodation, offering all the conveniences for our sray. Carport, secure premise, well equipped kitchen with great range of tea/ coffee pods. Living and dining spaces made it feel like home. Great lication with a short walk to the beautiful beaches and coast. Would highlt recommend. '

'The host was very welcoming and provided great communication in advance of our stay. The property was very well maintained with spacious bedrooms and living areas. It was located very conveniently to the beach and local attractions for short trips away from the warming fireplace in winter.'
