コスト的に割高
日本での予約と現地での予約で約2倍の価格差があります。 (入人が現地で直接予約したところ、税金&サービス料込で半分でした) また、4時間のレイトチェックアウト料金がエクスペディア予約金額の50%と割高です。 一番レートの低い部屋は窓無しとの事でしたので、窓有で予約したのですが、 申し訳程度の窓があるだけでした。 (基本壁)

The hotel was lovely but out of the way. Whilst having breakfast the staff were too close for comfort making us feel extremely uncomfortable.

Book with caution
If it wasn't for the cockroaches in my room, zero wifi for 8 days, having a kitchenette in the room but forbidden to use it, 2 minutes of hot water per shower and under trained/lazy staff (with the exception of the chef, 1 waitress and the HR manager), I think I would have enjoyed it. Great food and nice rooftop. Too bad there were ants all over my food when I ate outside. I tried to check out early but the hotel said they would not issue a refund for unused days, so I stuck it out for all 10 days and I wish I wouldn't have.

Great hotel with amazing staff
To start the staff here are amazing!!! They welcome you with juice and a cold towel. The entry way is beautiful and the design of the building was very modern with Asian flair. The roof top pool was very nice. But the area had construction so it was a little distracting. But they had happy house drinks so that helped. Plus all the food at the hotel was amazing, best hamburger ever! Great deserts and the breakfast was superb, could have stayed there for hours. The major drawback was the room we had. The room was fine but the location was right next to another room where someone was smoking and it came in through the bathroom window! I mentioned it to the front desk lady in the morning and she apologized and said if I had called they would have moved me. I believe she would have but my friend was already sleeping and I didn't want to wake her to move rooms. But overall a gray experience.

The hotel was clean but the room smelt of smoke and the staff were very unhelpful. Construction work going on inside the hotel which was very loud.

こじんまりとしているが、清潔な感じの良いホテル。朝食もよかった。 一番小さな窓のない部屋だったので、期待はしていなかったが、パソコンを使えるスペースがなかった。 シャワールームはシンプルでよかった。

El hotel no cumplio con lo q decia la reserva. Nis dieron una habitacion sin vistas, ni siquiera ventana tenia. Horrible!!! La terraza es linda pero realmente el hotel esta lejos de la zona turistica.

Overall good stay
The people working at the hotel were great and really helpful and friendly! Also, the restaurant upstairs had very good breakfast and awesome views. Room was pretty good...only a couple downsides, but they weren't too big of deal...Room was slightly dark feeling and bathroom had a slight smell at times but pretty minor (we found this to be common for hotels in the country). Neighborhood was ok, but only a few restaurants around...the area is developing fast though so we'll see what it looks like in a year or so. Overall we were happy with our experience

Fantastisk personale!
Vi bestilte superior room fordi alle rom hadde balkong. Dette viste seg å ikke stemme, vi fikk rom med vindu mot en innvendig gang. Vi klaget på dette, og fikk et annet rom. Personalet var fantastisk, spesielt vil jeg fremheve resepsjonen.

Helt okej
De allra flesta var trevliga. Men just en ur personalen debiterade oss $5 för att låta oss ta in en genomresande kompis nån timme. När vi checkade ut så skulle samma person ha $5 för två vatten. (Som skulle vara gratis). Vattnet i sig visade sig smaka klor. Förutom han och hotellets läge så var hotellet mycket prisvärt!

Modern hotel with rooftop pool and helpful staff
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Highlights: delicious buffet breakfast on rooftop, pool with a view and excellent staff that went above and beyond. Cheap and easy tuk tuk ride to all the places we wanted to visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Phnom Penh made easy!
Excellent package and brilliant service. The hotel location is handy to any spot of Phnom Penh. The taxi is a bit expensive as well as food. Nevertheless, average people just earn 150 dollars per month.

Tolles Hotel mit großartigen Service
Wir waren für 2 Nächte in phnom Peng und können das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Der Frontfral hat uns bei allen Anliegen sofort geholfen eine super Stadttore organisiert. Dr Pool und das gemütliche Restaurant auf dem Dach eignen sich perfekt um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.

Deluxe Queen Room
I booked the 26 m2 Deluxe Queen Room here, but I don't think the room was actually 26 m2. More like 20 m2. There are were two bathrobes in the closet, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I did not try out the included breakfast. I walked around the block, but did not see much nightlife going on. Only internet cafes. I at dinner at the rooftop restaurant, and it was full of mosquitoes. I asked for a mosquito coil but they didn't have any. I asked for an electric fly swatter, the waiter said yes, they do have, but it never showed up. When I wanted to pay the bill via Credit Card, I had to go downstairs to the front desk to swipe. Apparently, they did not know how to use their own machines. They tried to swipe my card several times the wrong way, but they gave up, giving my card back, telling me my card won't work. I swiped my card on their machine the right way and it worked, and paid my bill that way.

Modernes Hotel in Innenstadtlage
Nachdem uns der Pass in Phnom Phen gestohlen wurde, hatten wir einen 5 tägigen Zwangsaufenthalt in der Stadt. Daher hatten wir uns entschlossen uns für die Zeit ein etwas besseres zu leisten als ein Hostel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Personal. Sie haben uns mit allen unterstüzt. Wir durften jederzeit an den PC um die Dokumente für die Botschaft und das Visa auszudrucken und sie haben sich sehr bemüht uns unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Wifi, TV und Klima funktionierten einwandfrei. Der Pool und das Restaurant auf dem Dach sind eine kleine ruhige Oase zu dem Chaos in der Stadt. Leider konnten nicht alle Angestellten gut Englisch, was vor allem bei der Essensbestellung manchmal Schwierigkeiten machten, aber sie waren alle sehr bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Personal an der Rezeption konnte (für Kambodschianische Verhältnisse) gutes Englisch. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

The restaurant in this hotel was average ,but the rest of the facilities were very good. Cambodia is a good country to visit and the people are very nice and friendly. Mekong river cruise was super.

Small gem if you can overlook the hiccups
This hotel has only been open for a few months. The staff was very helpful, but they still have a few teething issues. We had a family suite which was spacious and conveniently located close to the pool, but while our daughter's bathroom always had running water ours was intermittent--it was good when it was there, it just wasn't always available, and there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. There is a kitchenette in the room, but there are neither plates nor cooking utensils. That said, everything else about the hotel was lovely--clean room, helpful staff, tuk tuk and taxis always on hand, friendly atmosphere around the roof top pool, and close enough to attractions for convenience, but not in the hubbub of action, so it was quiet enough at night.

OK hotell - Phnom Penh er ikke en moderne storby
Hotellet har en bra standard, er fint, rent og hyggelig. Virker som om betjeningen er noe uerfaren. De har en poolbar, men den er ikke alltid betjent. De var heller ikke så godt informert om hva tilbud/serverdigheter en kan delta på i byen.

right price and good location
This was a perfect location for my needs and the staff were very friendly. The massage was also good and the pool, breakfast and bar were sufficient. The only thing that was a bit weird was that the windows of the room opened into the hallway so there was not much natural light in the room. Otherwise, it was a great hotel. Would recommend it.

An adequate but disappointing hotel.
The main hotel areas are fine but the room was a major disappointment. The room had no windows to the outside world and actually had a window onto the corridor and stairs that was only covered by a roller blind. There was also however a frosted glass door to the bathroom. And that bathroom had both a fixed close window and also some high level glass tiles through to what appeared to be another bathroom. This meant that it was never really dark in the room and if anyone in the next room turned on the light in their bathroom at night, it would light up our room! The aircon was also very noisy so you couldn't sleep with it on, which in a room with no ventilation and tropical heat made for some uncomfortably hot and sticky nights. The room itself was well decorated but the bathroom was a pretty basic wet room. The wooden floor corridor outside (albeit with a rug runner) was very noisy too, especially when people leave dragging their suitcases past.

Comfortable spacious rooms but the hotel is extremely noisy of your looking for a relaxing break this is not the place to have it, banging doors from the early hours continues through till morning

This Hotel is incredible! So so clean, so comfortable, and this rooftop pool is beautiful. The staff are all lovely and always to hand. However, there is something amiss with the service. Food sometimes took over an hour and arrived wrong after the wait, even though we were the only two in the restaurant. No towels by the pool most days, and again, we had to ask numerous times for them and wait a long long time. When the towels did arrive, the member of staff only brought two, which meant the next people that arrived at the pool would have no towels either (we were the only two people at the pool). Finally, the water went off at least once a day whilst we there, for over 2 hours on our last day. Excellent place, but something is not quite right.

Nice Hotel with very friendly staff!
The hotel staff were just amazing and very helpful! The room was small but big enough for two people. The washroom was interesting...the shower was open to the sink/toilet (no tub/separate shower area) but it didn't make a mess the way I thought it would. The hotel staff helped us organize a car driver for a 1 day city tour...took us to the Killing Fields, the Russian Market, the Genocide Museum, the National Museum and would have taken us to the Grand Palace if it wasn't closed that day for a festival. Breakfast was good and it was a good two nights!
