Zoals te zien op tv # 1 Kid & Family Friendly House

Met trots presenteren wij "The Playhouse Retreat". Dit is het # 1 resort vakantiehuis in Scottsdale voor volwassenen en kinderen van alle leeftijden.

Alles is gloednieuw van binnen en van buiten. Meer dan $ 1 miljoen is onlangs geïnvesteerd in de renovatie van dit pand om een uniek pronkstuk te creëren.

Je komt de achtertuin binnen via een groot overdekt terras met een zithoek en een eettafel met stoelen voor 12 personen.

Het zwembadcomplex is ingericht met ligstoelen en stoelen van commerciële resortkwaliteit. Er is genoeg ruimte voor jou en al je vrienden om rond te hangen bij het zwembad en te genieten van de zon van Arizona.

Er is een grote spa voor acht personen waar iedereen van kan genieten.

Het hele zwembad en de spa zijn omheind, dus als u kleine kinderen heeft, hoeft u zich geen zorgen te maken dat ze buiten rondzwerven en in het zwembad vallen. Het is kindveilig en gezinsvriendelijk.

Over kinderen gesproken, er zijn een paar speciale gebieden in de achtertuin die alleen voor kinderen zijn. Er is een gloednieuwe commerciële speeltuin. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je kleintjes urenlang bezig blijven spelen.

Naast de speeltuin is er een veiligheidsstad voor kinderen. De kinderen zullen dol zijn op het splashpad. Het is een geweldige manier voor kinderen om koel te blijven als het buiten warm is. Ouders, misschien loop je er zelfs doorheen.

Family trip to Scottsdale

Worth EVERY Penny

We stayed for 5 days at this amazing property with grandpa, 3 kiddos (ages 7, 6 and 3), auntie and uncle, and us (mom and dad). Everyone enjoyed the property so very much. It's very clean, very well organized and has just about everything you need for your stay which took away a lot of that stress to set everything up. The kids enjoyed the backyard so much that it was always a fight to try to get them in the car to explore the area! But truly, you didn't even need to go anywhere. You were already at your own personal resort. I will say that you will NOT regret staying here - book it.

Great Staycation

The property and location was excellent. The house amenities are awesome and perfect for families with kids, especially young ones. I was grateful that we didnt have to pack strollers or highchairs or kids plates and utensils. The only feedback we had was that there needs to be additional shade around the pool and splashpad.

The house has something for every age group. The outdoor area is spectacular. The grilling area could use some type of cover to shade it from the Arizona sun. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The splash pad was commercial grade. The pickleball court was another favorite. Everyone had a great time!

Wonderful place to stay with our kids and grandkids. Grandkids ages from 1 month to 5 years old. They all had a great time in the backyard. Fabulous home for our family with small children! Fully stocked with everything you can imagine to make your stay easy and super fun! Wonderful family vacation

I’m always on the hunt for fun and unique places for our yearly family vacation and this home did not disappoint. It was amazing and our 3 grandchildren had the best time ever! Our days were filled with swimming, using the splash pad, putting on the green, using the playground every single day. The house was very well equipped and I appreciated that they had a second refrigerator in the garage as we cooked most meals at the house. We loved every minute of our stay and Brisa, the property manager was great to work with. I highly recommend this wonderful home. The outdoor space is incredible!

Wonderland

This was our second time staying at the property. We had 6 adults and 6 children ranging in ages from 6 to 17. They all loved the vacation, a great pool, splash pad, basketball, pickleball, shuffle board and playground and village. Kept them all busy and happy. Fun for everyone

We had a small family reunion with kids ages 5 to 10. They were busy and could be unsupervised the whole time. The property is perfect for smaller children as well and extremely well stocked. We much appreciated extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, cooking supplies, and sunscreen. Brisa was fantastic and very responsive. We would stay here every year.

Amazing home

We had a group of friends celebrating some 40th birthdays. The house was set up perfectly for young adults and young children. They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The hot tub and pool were well heated and able to be used even though the weather didn't cooperate with us. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and responded back to texts right away. They also helped accommodate any requests we had. It was a beautiful property and we very much enjoyed our stay! I've already been asked to pass the info along to our other friends!

Amazing house for young kids

This is a fabulous spot for a family gathering. Even better than the pictures. Spotlessly clean and has everything anyone could need. We had a little problem with the air conditioning in the casita bedroom. It was handled very quickly. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Nothing could be better!

We absolutely loved staying here. All the kids of all ages and the adults had things to do. We especially loved playing pickle ball and hanging out in the pool area. The house comes with everything you need, even a little more than expected! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect family destination for kids!

This was by far the most unique and fun VRBO location we have ever stayed at. There was so much to do (pickle ball, shuffleboard, playground, splash pad, putting green, mini, soccer field, basketball, hoop, pool, fire pit, tiny town, etc) that we never really had to leave the property. The house was well-maintained and clean, the property manager was very responsive, and there were so many toys and activities for the kids they were never bored. We would love to return!
