Amazing views in every direction! Top of the world feeling. Maximum of 12 guests. Great open floor plan. 5500 sq ft custom home in Fountain Hills. 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Every bedroom has a walk-out balcony to take in the 100 mile views. Custom home with top-end appliances. Amazing resort style backyard. Heated Pool (for an additional cost). Wake up to catch an amazing sunrise. Strict NO PARTY policy.
The space
Newer home recently built features large rooms allowing complete families to stay in each of the four spacious rooms. Each room has its own private full bathroom and walk-out deck. Sofa Sleeper in loft. Futon in game room. Large couch in living room. Two air mattresses. This home will sleep 12 guests without feeling cramped for space. Large infinity pool with resort style backyard. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor bbq! Perfect for groups.
Guest access
There is an ample amount of parking space available in the large driveway. No street parking please. There is no access to the garage. Hiking trails are steps away that will allow you to hike to the world famous fountain and downtown fountain hills. The famous fountain is about a 1/2 mile hike (note: the hike does have quite a bit of inclines and declines).

Sensitive neighbors: If you are coming to be loud and party please look elsewhere.

PET POLICY
No additional charge for pets, but guests will be charged an extra fee if cleaners charge an additional fee for pet related cleaning


POOL HEATING
Guests can request to have the pool heated during their stay. If pool heat is desired it will be heated for the entire length or the stay. The decision to use pool heat does not have to be decided at time of booking, it can be decided any time prior to guest arrival (with at least 3 days advance notice).

The pool will be heated to 85 degrees.
This is a large pool. It is very expense to heat.
The cost of heating the pool varies by month:

$100 per day

$150 per night
- March
-April

$200 per night
-February
-November

No pool heater available in these months
- December
- January
It is simply not swimming season during these months. It would cost $250+ per day to heat the pool due to the loss of heat during the colder winter nights. Even If heated an 85 degree temperature may not be able to be maintained.

There is no need for pool heat during these months:
- June
- July
- August
- September (most of the time)
