  • Geniet van deze gezellige en comfortabele ervaring in dit gerenoveerde, volledig ingerichte huis in het hart van Mesa. Op loopafstand van Mesa Arts Centre en in de buurt van beroemde bezienswaardigheden zoals Downtown en Cubs trainingsfaciliteit. Dichtbij de LightRail. Toegankelijk voor Phoenix en Tempe. Wordt geleverd met een prachtige patio, heeft gazon aan de voorkant en veel ruimte in de achtertuin.

    Ik heb tijd en energie gestoken in het creëren van deze uitstekende ruimte voor de gasten. Pas gerenoveerde woning, gloednieuwe faciliteiten en veel voorzieningen inbegrepen. Een blok van de lightrail en het centrum van Mesa! ASU in de straat. Een hap van het Sloan Park, het stadion van de Chicago Cubs. Dit huis is je volgende ontspannende bestemming.

    Gasten hebben toegang tot alle delen van het huis. Heeft een aangewezen parkeerplaats op de oprit, voortuin en de gehele ruimte in de achtertuin.

    Altijd beschikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden en aanvullende informatie en bronnen te verstrekken. Gasten kunnen ons bereiken via sms, Airbnb berichten, e-mail of telefoontje! We willen dat onze gasten zich op elk moment vrij voelen om met ons te communiceren.

    Downtown Mesa is een blok verderop! Historische gebouwen in Main Street verbergen zich achter een drukke gemeenschap. Foodtrucks en evenementen elke vrijdagavond! Muziek en plezier voor alle leeftijden. De springfaciliteit van Chicago Cubs Sloan Park ligt op een steenworp afstand!

    Een half blok van de lightrail! Breng je auto, je kunt overal parkeren. Fietsen hebben ook de voorkeur en zijn te huur in de straat. U kunt ook een strandcruiser huren in dezelfde straat. Uber is ook een geweldig alternatief.

We loved staying at this property. It was at a convenient location for us, since we had to be at the Mesa Arts Center everyday for a week, so just a couple of blocks away. The place had all the conveniences we needed. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was off of a big street, but quiet at the same time. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. We felt safe in the area. Plenty of parking if you have more than 1 car. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place - good location

Great other place just a block from the light rail. Would like to use it as a base in the future to explore Mesa easy access into downtown Phoenix/Tempe.

Good location

The house is less than 10 minutes from Sloan Park, which was important to us. Easy access to the highways to get to places like Scottsdale. Downtown Mesa bars and restaurants were a block away.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This house was the perfect size for our family of 5 to stay in for a quick weekend to see friends. Our girls stayed in the bunk room, our son got his own room, and we were in the master. The beds were so comfortable, all 5 of us slept great! It was a good location for us with where we were traveling during the day.

Great stay

Area seems like it’s in the middle of nowhere but you are actually close to many things to do in the Phoenix area. We were never more then a 30min drive from anything. Also close to restaurants in mesa area. 100% recommend staying here

Funeral Service

Very clean and met our needs. The A/C was not cooling day 1 but the manager walked us thru a reset and worked just fine thereafter. Far better than a hotel as we reach had our own space.

Perfect location for 8123 Fest!

My friends & I were in town for 8123 Fest. This location was walking distance from the festival grounds & all of the side events as well! It was easy to find, felt safe & was clean. The beds were so cozy we slept great after our busy fest weekend! Don was super attentive & answered promptly when we had questions. Thanks for everything!

The perfect place to explore the hidden gem of downtown Mesa

We liked this place so much that it’s the second time we’ve stayed here in two Spring Training seasons. It’s walkable to Gus’s Chicken, Oro Brewery, which is amazing, and the Cider place down the street. Easy Uber from PHX and has that amazing neighborhood vibe. We loved the gazebo with chairs in the back for sunny mornings over coffee. Don is a breeze and very attentive as a host. We will definitely be back!

Great house when you have a toddler

The kids room was great, love that it was one level with no pool for ultimate safety. Good selection of toys for 3 year old and minimal breakable “Knick-knacks” to worry about. The home felt relaxing and clean, and the kcups were delicious. The home had a few minor maintenance issues, but the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet so overall a pleasant stay.

Good location

We stayed for 4 nights w/3 kids. Beds are very comfy. Kids liked the bunk beds with 3rd pull out bed. The location is very close to great restaurants, it's walkable, however we did not feel comfortable walking.Couple things that were odd: There's no toilet paper holder and minimal towel hooks. Not a big deal, just annoying. The neighbors are very close and very sketchy, probably fine people but looks sketchy and scary. Google the address and look at the satellite view. Most concerning was the neighbor has a camera pointed directly towards the back door and patio area of this house. Not sure if it's hooked up or not, but it made us all feel uneasy and uncomfortable. Overall it was ok and we enjoyed Mesa!

Roaches!!

If you like to wake up in the middle of the night to get something to drink and have roaches run everywhere when you turn on the light. This place is for you. If you like to go check on your daughter while she's sleeping in the other room and grab the door handle and see roaches crawling on the door. This place is for you. When I called the property company to tell them that I was going to leave the property because of roaches. They agreed to offer a partial refund. However when I received the partial refund they had billed me at a higher per day amount than what I had originally paid. In other words they did everything they could to try to scam me out of my money. This was a clear violation of the health and safety standards. And I still had to fight to even get a partial refund. Closet door was leaning up against the wall. Most of the flooring is cracked. The refrigerator was dirty and the oven was filthy. And oh yeah the roaches... Working class neighborhood. Probably not a vacation destination. Good luck!

This was a nice little home. There are a lot of things that can bu fixed to make it more comfortable. It did the job. I wouldn't recommend as a honeymoon spot.

Beautiful

It was a very cute little house! The kids and us loved it. The backyard is empty and just a concrete slab. But everything else was adorable and very homey feeling.
