We are located 4 miles from Old Town Scottsdale where you will have access to the best restaurants, shopping, art galleries and nightlife Arizona has to offer. Whether you’re here for Spring Training, golfing, hiking or biking in one of the many trails, or just for some well-deserved rest and relaxation, you’ve come to the right place!

LIVINGROOM:
Upon arrival, the front living room offers space to lounge around with your travel companions, as it provides all the expected comforts necessary. On chilly nights enjoy the indoor fireplace while looking out your oversized picture window.

KITCHEN:
The home has a full kitchen and is stocked with all the essentials for making morning coffee to preparing full gourmet meals. Wake up to coffee to get you started. We stock pots and pans, blender, toaster, baking dishes, tupperware for leftovers, wine and drinking glasses, salad bowl, dish towels and utensils.

BATHROOMS:
Two full bathrooms have a vanity with storage. Relax after a day of outdoor adventures and wake to a refreshing shower or bath. Please enjoy the use of the included hair dryer and fluffy towels for your use along with Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash that is powered by essential oils, with the scent of Arizona orange blossoms and environmentally friendly.

BEDROOMS:
Four cozy, spacious bedrooms with plush mattresses, hotel bedding that you will want to buy for your own home, and fluffy pillows to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. 3 bedrooms have Queen Beds and the Master has a King. The sofa is also a Queen size bed.

BACKYARD:
From the kitchen, access where most of your time will likely be spent in the amazing backyard! Have a BBQ, share some drinks, take a dip in the pool; this truly provides the perfect space to enjoy an alfresco meal in the tranquil outdoors. Outdoor games to create memories that last. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring.

Conversation seating area, pool chairs and grill. Pool towels provided.

LAUNDRY:
For your convenience, we have a full laundry room with laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board provided.

PARKING:
Our guests have use of the driveway as well as free street parking. There is no garage access.

There is one security camera at the front door and one at the garage.

To maintain our beautiful grounds, please note that we do have weekly pool, spa, and landscaping crew onsite to service our property and equipment. The team will have free access to backyard and front yard of property. Typically the team comes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but this is subject to change without notice.

CONCIERGE SERVICES:
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.

During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of our home. Below is the schedule.

•GARBAGE Tuesdays, we have a valet service that will take the cans to the street and bring back in the next day.

HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on property! No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, cigars.
No pets without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $175 non refundable pet fee.
No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED This is a residential area.
Pool heating available for an additional $100/day heated up to 85F, 48-hour advance notice required. / Spa heating is FREE
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS:
One security camera at front door, one by the pool to monitor pool equipment and one by garage.
