Step into the grand living room and be greeted by an extra-large sectional, perfect for lounging in front of the 80" TV. With multiple power recliners, accent chairs, and a massive 6ft ten-blade ceiling fan, this space is crafted for ultimate relaxation.

Chef's Delight Kitchen

A few steps away, the custom chef's kitchen awaits. Featuring double ovens, dual wine/beverage refrigerators, a massive island with a cooktop, two large sinks, and ample counter and cupboard space, this kitchen is a culinary haven. Bonus island seating for 5 and another Smart TV make it perfect for gathering and entertaining.

Elegant Dining & Sunlight Game Room

Relax in the plush dining area with an oversized table that seats up to 10, warmed by an adobe-style fireplace. Just beyond, the Sunlight Game Room beckons with a black felt pool table, pub seating, TV, sit-down arcade console, and direct access to the pool and lawn. Tons of windows fill this space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for fun and games.

Luxurious Bedrooms

The home is thoughtfully split to offer the perfect balance for your group. The West end features the first Primary Bedroom with a King bed, ceiling fan, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and backyard access. Connected is a bonus room/casita with a Queen or Queen bunk, TV, and private desk/workspace, accessible from either the Primary or a separate entrance.

On the East end, the second Primary Bedroom also offers a King bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and direct pool access. Two amazing guest rooms, each with Queen beds and TVs, ensure everyone has a comfortable space. One guest room even features another private desk/workspace.

Getting Around:
Exploring Chandler from this location is easy. Major highways Loop 101 and Loop 202 are nearby, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is just 20 minutes away. Public transportation options include local bus routes and the Chandler Park & Ride. For convenience, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Other Things to Note:
This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.

The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.

The garage is not available to guests.
