Open zonnige plattegrond met een Tommy Bahama-gevoel. De meeste kamers hebben grote schuifdeuren die openen naar de prachtige zonnige tuin met zwembad / jacuzzi, ongelooflijke aanplantingen waaronder een grapefruitboom en palmbomen en een verscheidenheid aan cactussen. Nieuw gerenoveerd in 2020 met nieuwe vloeren, ramen, verlichting en tegels. 6 fietsen voorzien om te fietsen naar de ongelooflijke Kierland Commons en Scottsdale Quarter op minder dan 2 mijl afstand. De grote slaapkamer heeft een eigen inloopkast, een eigen patio met uitzicht op het zwembad, een tv, een prachtig kingsize bed, een tweekoppige douche in een luxe master badkamer. Een kamer opent naar de tuin / patio en het zwembad en heeft ook een prachtig kingsize bed. De derde kamer heeft 2 aparte bedden en veel bergruimte. In de keukenhoek staat een tafel met 6 stoelen en in de familiekamer is er nog een tafel met 4 stoelen waar games kunnen worden gespeeld of gebruikt als een andere optie om aan te eten. Buiten is er een grote tafel met 6 comfortabele stoelen onder een overdekt terras en een grote roestvrijstalen BBQ. We raden aan om te fietsen of te wandelen om te luisteren naar de bag piper die elke avond in de schemering voor open haarden achter het Westin / Kierland hotel speelt, en daarna gaan eten in een van de vele geweldige restaurants aan de overkant van de straat.

Perfect!

My mom moved back to MN from AZ last spring and wanted to go back to the Scottsdale area to see friends. My sister and I picked this property as a place to call home for a week while we visited friends, shopped, and relaxed. Everything was wonderful! The property is roomy, airy, and contained everything we needed to be comfortable. We truly enjoyed this home. Plenty of towels, bedding, etc. And if you forget ANYTHING, there's a good chance it's there. We will be back!!

Beautiful Home, Pool/Spa, and Amazing Hosts!!!

We had the BEST week staying in this beautiful home! Our family of 6 had plenty of space to play, relax, and create lasting memories! The pool and spa in this private, gorgeous backyard were paradise! The host, Charlotte, was the most kind, helpful, and gracious host! She genuinely wanted us to have the best week and was so responsive to any questions we had. I can’t say enough about this property! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and everything you need for cooking and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds! The location is also amazing - we were able to explore the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas - lots to do! We also easily drove to Sedona for a day - gorgeous city and wonderful hiking! We can’t wait to come visit AZ again, and when we do, we will be staying here! ~The Swanson Family

Fantastic Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Baker Residence! The house is equipped with everything you could ever need during your stay. Excellent location and a perfect yard for relaxing. Scottsdale paradise

The Bakers are outstanding hosts, by far the best we’ve experienced via VRBO rentals. We are return guests, and are looking forward to our next time at their property. The communication is excellent - Charlotte communicated with us regularly once we booked and even reached out during our stay to ensure our needs were being met. Their home is truly resort quality and offers such a relaxing and carefree vacation. It is well stocked with all essentials and is immaculate in condition and quality. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to everything you need from dining, shopping and activities. This house and experience with the Bakers are truly 5 star in every way.

My son, son-in-law, and I had a great weekend in Phoenix. The boys loved the spa with the cooler Phoenix weather after a day of 4-wheeling in the desert. The house was super clean and the grapefruit tree in the backyard was a fantastic surprise. Delicious!!

This was our 4th stay at a Baker property. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home has everything that you need for a restful stay. The location is perfect for access to golf, hiking, restaurants and the local branch of Anytime Fitness. We plan to return!

Just Right!!

This home was just right for our family of 6 ranging from grandparents to a baby. The owner was so helpful and responsive to our questions and even provided a crib and high chair. This home is well equipped, clean, roomy and in a very nice neighborhood for walking and bike riding. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend this property.

Relaxing & Beautiful

Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and the yard is beautifully landscaped. There is a large covered patio so even with 100 degree heat we could stay outside all day! Looking forward to coming back again!!

Another wonderful stay!

We enjoyed another great stay at this beautiful home. There were five of us this time, and it was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We loved relaxing around the pool in the beautiful yard, and took advantage of both the inside and outside dining areas. The home is extremely clean and comfortable, with many tasteful decorative touches. We also loved taking early morning walks in this nice area. Charlotte and Randy are incredibly kind and generous hosts. We hope to return again in the future.

Bikes were great!!

Great Rental for Families!

Perfect Guys Weekend Getaway

My friends and I were in town for the WM Phoenix Open and a weekend of golf. So conveniently located to TPC Scottsdale and other area courses. Great home, great location!! We also had the option to take the short trip to Glendale for the Super Bowl, but decided against it and chose to watch the game in the back yard. The pool, the spa, the patio…everything you need to entertain. Amenities were abundant and the I can’t say enough good about the owner. Any issues that arise are quickly solved. Communication was an 11 out of 10. We are already looking forward to our return trip!
