Mooi en modern Scottsdale appartement, prachtig uitzicht op het resort ~ McDowell Mountain

Dit prachtige appartement is onlangs bijgewerkt en heeft een ongerepte locatie en uitzicht. We zijn gevestigd in een van de mooiste, goed verzorgde gemeenschappen, die een zeldzame indeling heeft met twee master suites. Dit split-plattegrond met 1.200 vierkante voet is stappen naar een van de twee verwarmde zwembaden met bubbelbad. De gemeenschap beschikt over high-end BBQ gasgrills, modern fitnesscentrum, sauna en stoombad, business center, mooi clubhuis en putting greens.

Slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een gloednieuwe luxe koning en twee gloednieuwe luxe full-size bedden in de tweede slaapkamer. De en-suite badkamers zijn voorzien van bad in douche in de ene grote inloopdouche in de andere. Beide badkamers hebben gloednieuwe "ADA" commodes. Het toestel heeft flatscreen HDTV's, Premium Cable & Wi-Fi. Keuken heeft granieten toonbanken, modernere roestvrijstalen apparaten, full-sized wasmachine en droger & Keurig koffie, en Mr. Koffiemachines. Nieuwere houten laminaatvloeren. De eettafel is een hoge top met plaats voor vier en de ontbijtbar biedt plaats aan 2, met een prachtig uitzicht op de looppaden van de binnenplaats en het zorgvuldig onderhouden zwembad. De grote overdekte patio kijkt uit op een schaduwrijke Zuid-blootstelling met uitzicht op de boom-top van weelderig groen landschap. Wij zijn een eindeenheid, zeer privé, en niemand boven u. Extra stil!

Op loopafstand van uitstekende restaurants, markten, koffiehuizen, salons en parken. McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve ligt op een steenworp afstand om te wandelen en fietsen. Ook McDowell Mountain Ranch Park Aquatic Centre & Golf Course, korte rit naar Spring Training Baseball Stadiums, WestWorld, Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, Arabian Horse Show, TPC Golf, Casino's en tientallen voorzieningen en attracties in de buurt die Scottsdale te bieden heeft, waaronder de Muziekinstrumentenmuseum. Uitstekend dineren winkelen en entertainment in het nabijgelegen Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, (prachtige winkels) City North & Desert Ridge. Clean Clean Clean! We loved this unit because it was close to the parking space, and close to the pool (steps) We walked to AJ's grocery store and Starbuck's is a few doors down. The unit in an interior unit so it's very quiet- we stayed at another unit last year in the complex, that faced the busy street and it was very noisy! Would recommend and stay here again.

A Scottsdale Gem

This was such a lovely place to stay! The unit itself was fantastic. The bedrooms had plenty of room and the living space was comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evening hours. It was steps away from the pool and outdoor grill area which we took full advantage of. Another highlight was being close to Starbucks, grocery stores, Walgreens and CVS with very little drive time (a 2 minute drive). We look forward to enjoying this unit on another trip. The communication with the owner was fantastic as well. Truly top notch!

A real "vacation resort" experience

I have stayed at this unit twice before- and love it. The location of the unit is very close to parking; you can walk to AJ's in 3 minutes, which also has Flo's restaurant and Starbucks in the same mall! The unit has a great Scottsdale "vibe" with the artwork and decor; it's always very clean and well stocked in the kitchen- the balcony overlooks "tree top" palm trees with the large outdoor pool and fitness center in view. This is an end unit, so quiet and has excellent natural light.

Sunshine stay

I’ve stayed at this complex 3 or 4 times in the past. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shopping and access to freeways. The community pool and activity area are a 1 minute walk from the condo and parking is handy. The condo itself is clean and well stocked.The master bathroom is by far the nicest of any other condos that I’ve stayed in the complex. The owner Fay was available if I had a question and the check in/ check out was easy. I will undoubtedly stay here during my future trips to Scottsdale. Thanks

This condo worked perfectly for us. It is well-furnished, thoughtfully arranged, and is well-maintained. The beds are comfortable. It’s quiet and the pool is a very short walk. We cooked all our meals in the condo, and found the kitchen well-stocked.

We were so happy staying at this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again! Communicating with Fay to book it was easy.
