Hey there! We’re so glad to have you as our guest. Just a few friendly reminders to help keep things comfortable for you and future guests:

🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Please, no smoking inside the house. If you need to smoke, step outside and stay a comfortable distance away so the fresh air stays fresh.

🚗 Parking: Max of 3 cars — 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. If you need extra parking, just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

🎉 No Large Gatherings: The home can host up to 12 people maximum at a time. Please, no big parties or events — we like to keep things relaxed and respectful for the neighbors.

❄️ Thermostat: The thermostat is set to 72°F in summer to prevent the AC from freezing and to keep it working properly for you and future guests.

💦 Pool Care: Please keep the pool cleaner in the water — it helps us keep the pool clean and sparkling for everyone’s enjoyment.
