Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, including the private backyard and swimming pool. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—no keys required. A unique access code will be sent prior to your arrival, allowing for a smooth and flexible self-check-in experience.

The property includes a private driveway for your use, with free street parking available as well. The home is single-story with no interior stairs, making it easy to navigate for guests of all ages. Enjoy total privacy and come and go as you please—your comfort and convenience are our priority.

This inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, a car is recommended for the most flexibility and convenience during your stay. Free parking is available on-site and on the street, so coming and going is always easy.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
