THE HOME
This ranch-style home offers a thoughtfully designed floor plan with an emphasis on comfort and livability. The entry opens into a spacious main living area with soaring vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace as its focal point. Arched doorways lead you through the home, adding architectural character and a sense of flow between spaces. The living room connects seamlessly to a dining area with backyard views and a well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry and a breakfast bar for casual dining.
A separate office offers a quiet space for work, reading, or planning the day. It features a desk, a comfortable guest chair and a convertible futon that can accommodate a child.
The primary bedroom suite is generously sized, offering direct access to the backyard along with a walk-in closet and a spacious en-suite bathroom that includes dual vanities and a step-in shower. A second bedroom with two queen beds is located on the opposite side of the home for added privacy, making it ideal for hosting guests. A second full bathroom is located nearby and features modern finishes and a combination tub and shower.
BACKYARD OASIS
The backyard offers a peaceful retreat framed by desert flora and wide-open views. A natural stone patio provides space for dining and lounging, while mature trees and sculptural cacti enhance the desert atmosphere. Finished with decomposed granite and thoughtfully arranged plantings, the space flows naturally from the home’s interior. A welcoming patio sits at the front of the home, featuring comfortable Adirondack-style chairs framed by desert landscaping. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, quiet conversations, or simply enjoying the crisp desert air.
Additional conveniences include a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, a two-car garage with direct entry into the home, and smart use of storage throughout.
THE BOULDERS COMMUNITY
As part of the Boulders community, guests also have access to an array of resort-style amenities. These include a day spa offering massage and wellness services, a heated community pool, tennis courts and several on-site restaurants. The community is also home to two acclaimed golf courses, scenic walking paths and opportunities for outdoor adventure like guided rock climbing tours on the surrounding granite formations—perfect for guests looking to blend recreation, relaxation and convenience during their stay.
We are dog friendly too! While we allow one small dog (under 20 lbs, older than four years) at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. Please provide the size and age of your dog, plus the breed and we'll get back to you from there!
