This home was a great fit for four adults, including 2 seniors and a small dog. The home was very clean and welcoming, with everything well taken care of, including the pool--which was VERY nice compared to a few others in Tempe rentals we have stayed at in the past 2 years. Beds were comfy, and air conditioning worked quickly and quietly. There are plenty of bath as well as pool towels. A few things to note, but nothing that deterred us are as follows. The washer and dryer are accessed from an outside door in a storage area that is quiet dusty and messy (suggest the owners take 2 hours to clean this up a bit). The kitchen is a bit shy on what I would consider basic utensils/tools (no veggie peeler, could use a couple more newer pots/pans, stopper for sink to be able to fill with water). There are no tall glasses --only shorter glasses and insulated-type water bottles--for drinks. There is limited storage in the kitchen cabinets to store non-perishable items (we were there for 2 weeks so bought a lot of groceries). The master en suite is VERY small, but it is nice to have 2 bathrooms. The only way to watch TV is through apps/streaming service, and this is not noted anywhere (we had to create an account with some of these, though the owner did offer to let us use one of hers). The home is located very near a public area with walking path and grassy area with some trees, which was great for early morning and evening dog walks. Great stay overall and would rent again!
