By completing your reservation, you agree to:



Sign a rental usage agreement prior to check-in



Follow all rental terms and conditions



Understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is completed



Accept that repeated violations may involve local law enforcement, and any associated costs will be your responsibility



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit



You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

Allowed: Dogs and cats only, maximum of 2 pets



Not Allowed: The following restricted breeds: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid



Pet fee:

1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night

8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate

30 nights or more = $300 flat rate



Service animals are welcome—please notify us in advance



Failure to declare pets in advance will result in a $500 fee

Noise monitors are installed to measure decibel levels only (no recording of conversations). Tampering will result in a fee.



Security cameras are located in hallways for safety.



Only one key fob is issued per group for building access.
