The spacious dining room has a large beautiful custom table. Plastic and glassware provided. Feel free to use our breakfast bar for your entertaining needs.

All of our beds have memory foam mattresses with luxury linens, plush blankets and extra pillows. We have 2 full bathrooms; Hotel premium towels are provided for a spa like experience. HD Roku TVs are located in all of the bedrooms with YouTube TV. Please feel free to login to your favorite apps. *NFL TICKET INCLUDED- All out-of-market Sunday NFL games

Welcome yourself into the family room with plenty of seating, blankets, books and boardgames (located under the TV). The living room has a 58in SHARP HDTV with YouTube TV provided.

★The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage adjacent to the kitchen. Tide pods will be provided for your convenience in the laundry area. The garage and driveway are both available for free parking.

★We do have occasional monsoon storms and heat advisories here in Arizona in the summer months. During the months of July-September it is possible that you will experience hotter than usual temperatures or monsoon storms. Rainwater can enter the exterior Arizona room through the screens, this is completely normal. Please note that the pool can reach 100 degrees in the summer months.

★ AC UNIT: Please DO NOT put the AC unit lower than 68 degrees. If it is set to low, the coils can freeze up and damage the unit. When leaving the property, we ask that you put the AC unit back to 75 degrees.

★Please do not touch the pool equipment. If the equipment is tampered with, this will result in a $1000 nonrefundable fine.

★We do allow one pet. We charge a $75 pet fee. Please disclose if you are bringing a pet and read the house rules.

★TRASH- There are two exterior city trash cans located on the side of the garage. The BLACK trash can pick up day is Saturday morning; The BLUE recycle pickup day is Wednesday morning. Feel free to set these city cans on the street by the curb if they are getting full. We do our best to keep these empty upon your arrival.

★DAMAGES/PROPERTY - Guests agree to pay for any damages, as well as any lost or stolen property. Our cleaners take precise inventory of all of our home's endless amenities. If something is damaged or is not working properly, please let your host know in a timely manner.

If by chance you encounter any problems with the amenities or appliances during your stay, we ask that you inform us of the damages and give us the opportunity to address or replace. We regularly check the property for damages or broken items in between stays but this can be overlooked.

★As we understand that you are coming here to have a good time and enjoy your stay, we kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and care.

For stays longer than 28 days booked: An additional cleaning fee will be requested for long-term stays.
