I believe front office closed at 11pm. Outside parking lot was okay but nearby homeless sqatters. Bugs in the in room we were in (129) didn't have food in the room because of it.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I feel like this is necessary. I had to ask for a refund after the first night. I have never done that before. The rooms are unbelievably dirty. There were bugs everywhere, both dead and alive. And the whole place smelled awful. To add on to it, someone burnt their food and set the fire alarms off in the middle of the night, although that is not their fault, it didn’t help their case. It was just not an acceptable experience. For one night assuming it’s a cheap stay on a road trip, fine, I can suck it up. But for an “extended stay” there’s no way in hell.

The two front desk ladies were both very patient and nice. I asked for linen late and she went up stairs after office hours and got what I needed. She is nice and helpful and I needed that with my transition from my home to here.

Die Buchungsbestätigung von Expedia war nicht korrekt. Das Hotel war überbucht und wir standen mitten in der Nacht ohne Zimmer da! Vorab wollten wir im Hotel anrufen, um die Ankunftszeit durchzugeben. Das war nicht möglich, da niemand das Telefon beantwortete. Unsere Bitte, im Hotel wenigstens einen WiFi code zu bekommen, um woanders eine Buchung machen wurde abgelehnt, da wir ja keine Gäste seien (!?!?!?) Alles in Allem: Vollkatastrophe

Never have I felt so unsafe and disgusted in my life. I video taped the room. The sheets had cigarette holes in them. The floor was full of mud and the bathroom full of dirt and whoever’s hair all over the tub. They had one pillow and I waited two days of asking and still no pillow. The smell of weed and cigarettes all in the room. The hall had vomit and also the elevator with dirty towels on the floor in random areas. People outside yelling and fighting each other using profanity infront of the kids. This place is a nightmare. I want my money back.

Very poor cleaning the elevators were disgusting. The floors were gross. The hotel was definitely not worth the money that I spent. The bed had burn marks and blood stains on it. The TV remote didn’t even work. There was a cockroach catcher right by the TV. The bathtub was gross. When I stayed there, police showed up twice the whole night. I do not recommend.

Worst experience ever!!
Worst experience ever! I arrived at 7:30PM to check in and there was no one there. I waited and waited and I called the number per their Instructions but no one ever came to check me in. After waiting over 30 minutes I finally gave up and left as I was exhausted after traveling. Called the company and they refused to refund me money. Total waste of money and time. In the 30 minutes I waited I did get the opportunity to observe the terrible conditions and questionable occupants of the place. Not sure I’d want to stay there anyways. Terrible neighborhood. Place was dirty and smells and didn’t feel safe or clean. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

The hotel was very safe, there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Uber drivers in the area were very friendly and so was the front desk staff. The beds are comfortable and were very clean.

I booked a room for 2 days , I arrived late to the property because my flight was delayed, when I got there at midnight I saw a message on the wall ( front desk ) CALL THIS NUMBER FOR RESERVATION. When a I called them they just said no rooms available but why if already pay for my room but the lady on the phone just say NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. So they rent my room to somebody else and I CANT GET MY REFOUD .

Place looks like a zombie movie
When we arrived at this hotel after 15 hours on the road we decided to forfeit the cost of the booking and find another hotel. It was dirty, smelled, and was surrounded by homeless people.
