Mooi appartement, Super schoon en volledig opnieuw gedaan en bijgewerkt !! Kom alles zien wat Scottsdale te bieden heeft en geniet van ons prachtig bijgewerkte, 2 verdiepingen tellende, 2 slaapkamers, 2. 5 badkamers appartement op slechts een steenworp afstand van de resort-stijl gemeenschap Verwarmd zwembad, Spa & Ramada * Het zwembad is gesloten vanaf 5 augustus 2019 door op onze ongeveer 5 september 2019 voor een renovatie van het zwembad. Je bent op loopafstand van winkels en restaurants in de Borgata en Hilton Villages en dicht bij Old Town Scottsdale, Giants Spring Training, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, honderden geweldige restaurants, nachtclubs en galerijen!

Onze keuken heeft wat u nodig hebt om uw maaltijden te bereiden tijdens uw verblijf met een magnetron, glazen kookplaat, oven, koelkast, vaatwasser en de eettafel voor 4 personen. U kunt ook genieten van het uitzicht op Camelback Mountain vanaf de patio net naast de keuken. De woonkamer heeft een bank, stoel, tv met roku en dvd-speler, decoratieve open haard, plus een privéterras met zitplaatsen buiten net buiten de woonkamer om van uw ochtendkoffie te genieten! De bovenverdieping beschikt over de grote slaapkamer met eigen badkamer, logeerkamer en gastentoilet.

De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, tv met kabel, een eigen badkamer met een wastafel en een bad / douche-combinatie. U zult genieten van het privébalkon naast de slaapkamer waar u 's avonds kunt ontspannen! De gast slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden en de gast badkamer heeft een wastafel en inloopdouche. Wasmachine en droger bevinden zich in de keuken. Kom tot rust en geniet van de prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap, ramada, verwarmd zwembad en spa. De gasgrill bevindt zich bij het zwembad en is beschikbaar wanneer gereserveerd.

Beddengoed, handdoeken, handzeep en toiletpapier verstrekt. We bieden ook een starter / initiële opstelling van papieren handdoeken, vuilniszakken, shampoo, conditioner en afwasmiddel.

Lovely central area. Easy check in and out and great parking! This was a great place to stay! I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the condo has a strong scent of cleaners and maybe mildew? We loved staying here and would recommend!

Lovely Condo

The complex is beautiful with Palm trees and flowering bushes and a large swimming pool. The condo is a comfortable 2-story with 2 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen is modern with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a comfortable leather couch and leather reclining chair. There is a private outdoor dining area in both the front and the back. The location is perfect; a grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants are within walking distance. We loved our stay and will definitely be staying there in the future.

Nice Rental

Spent almost 3 weeks in Scottsdale. This condo was perfectly located...several restaurants in walking distance, but the 115 degree heat encouraged me to drive. Same for not using the pool or grill...just too hot. The only downside was the AC was very loud. So loud that I had to adjust the volume of the TV whenever it turned on or off, but otherwise, a nice place.

Wonderful stay. Great location. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping and pool area. Very quiet. Had some minor issues and the property manager responded immediately and corrected the problem we had. Great customer service. We would definitely recommend this property.

nice townhouse in Scottsdale

the general property of the complex is showing some age. the townhouse was in perfect condition, comfortable, well appointed. that this was a two story unit was relatively well hidden in the description and the pictures never revealed as well. the steps upstairs are faux granite and slippery especially if in stocking feet. instructions for everything from front door unlock to the downstairs 'TV" remote controls are poorly written and required multiple attempts to figure out how to get in the place. Definitely would consider staying again.

There's No Place Like (a Centrally Located) Home

Imagine flying 5 hours, crossing time zones and crossing fingers that you chose the right place to spend a few days. The other worries included "are we close enough to our nieces wedding venue?", "will we be able to see some of the things Arizona has to offer?". Yes to all of the above. Our anxieties were aleved as soon as we opened the door to the home. We could walk to the wedding, we could grab an UBER to a fine restaurant, we enjoyed the Desert Botanical Gardens and Music Museum, we even took a dip in the pool. All within reach of this lovely home. Truly, there's no place like home.

This property had lots of room and was easy to spread out. Grocery stores, shopping, and dining were all close. Loved the pool. It was nice meeting and talking with some of the locals at the condo complex. I'd love to rent this pro[erty again!

Walking distance to nice markets and restaurants. Pleasant courtyard area with pool and hot tub for complex. Rooms are on small side but nice lay out. Kitchen well equipped and we had a number of meals in the condo.

Arizona spring break

This was our first time using VRBO so I was a little apprehensive, but everything was as advertised and I would definitely stay here again. This property was the perfect size for myself and my two teenage boys. It was incredibly clean and well located in the heart of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. The cost was much more economical than cramming three of us into a hotel room at a surrounding resort. We were able to spread out and have our own space. Unfortunately the 50 degree weather did not cooperate, however the pool was heated and was located just steps from the condo. We were 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Stadium and tons of shopping and restaurants. We were 5 mins from Camelback Mountain. Really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and relaxing desert oasis

The unit was perfect for a relaxing family trip by the pool. It was very clean and well stocked with amenities. The location is perfect; close to restaurants and shopping. Catching March Madness was a bonus! I would not recommend the property for a family with young kids or looking for a ‘party’ vibe. The grounds are immaculate and it’s a perfect place to just lounge by the pool.
