The large breakfast bar provides extra seating for the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is spacious with everything you will need to make a meal in or prepare for a BBQ in the patio/balcony. The dining room seats 6 and is adjacent to the kitchen.
Step outside from the great room onto the oversized balcony complete with an outdoor living room, garden views and a wood pellet BBQ.

The primary bedroom is located in the rear of the townhouse an is split from the other bedrooms. Sleep soundly in your king sized bed with luxurious linens. There is a TV for viewing pleasure and direct access to the balcony for a cup of java in the morning. The en-suite spa like bath has a walk in closet and walk in shower, garden tub and double sinks with a water closet. Down the hall you will find another king bedroom, that can be easily set with with 2 twins if needed. Ample closet space completes this space. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, TV and ample closet space. There is a full shared bath with a combo tub and shower. There is a full sized laundry room and 2 car garage as well. Super fast wifi is another feature of this townhome.
