Huis met privé zwembad

Huis met drie slaapkamers en 2 badkamers in Sundance Golf community. Huis heeft prive zwembad, bubbelbad en garage voor twee wagens. Rustige buurt. Zeer mooie ranch op één niveau. Niet roken. Geschikt voor 6 personen. Zwembad wordt verwarmd door zonnepanelen, dus buitentemperaturen moeten in de jaren tachtig zijn om het zwembad warm genoeg te verwarmen om te zwemmen. Wasmachine en droger zijn ook inbegrepen. Er is een barbecue, een koffiezetapparaat, mixer, broodrooster, ijsmachine, servies, handdoeken, beddengoed, enz. En schattig terrasmeubilair. Het is een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. Wi-Fi inbegrepen. We hebben ook twee fietsen voor uw plezier.

We stayed at the house for 6 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. Our host Karen was great ! Answered questions, very flexible and so easy to work with which was greatly appreciated. The house is spacious, super clean and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. Nice neighborhood and location worked well for us. We had family join us for a week and they loved it too. The pool was a bit chilly but nice for a quick dip and then enjoyed the lovely hot tub. Having a washer & dryer was also a big plus. Would definitely recommend this host and this house.

This was the perfect place for me to come to my mother’s funeral. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and easy to get to and from where I needed to go.. the swimming pool was amazing and I wish I had more time to swim in it; maybe next time! Amenities are perfect! Next time I’ll swim more and ride the bikes! Post were very responsive to any questions I had and I can’t wait to visit this property again, thank you so much Ken and Karen!!

Perfect home!

The home had all the conveniences we could ever have needed! Our grandkids enjoyed visiting us so they could take advantage of the hot tub.The location was so handy with grocery stores and retail shopping close by. It was close to major highways which made day trips easy.We enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. We definitely will return.

A nice getaway from the cold!

The place was exactly as described and comfortable, and the hot tub was very nice to use after a long day of hiking or golfing. Its located very close to the Sundance golf course so the location is extremely convenient if you are a golfer! All in all it was a very relaxing three week stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

Wonderful stay

My family (husband, teen, elementary, and newborn) stayed in this lovely home over thanksgiving. It perfectly accommodated our entire family. The neighborhood has a park directly across from the home that my kids loved, they made friends with the neighborhood kids at the basketball court. Everything was clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Buckeye!

Beautiful home with pool in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed for our month’s stay was there. The house lacked a bit of cleanliness. Luke’s Air Force base is not to far away, a lot of F16 jets in the sky, they are pretty noisy. A suggestion, since the house is for six people, it would be nice to have six chairs and a larger table on the patio outside. Over all great experience!

We enjoyed our stay in Arizona. The location of the home worked well for us. The home itself is quite small, but doable. The lighting in the living could be improved by use of table lamps. For us, the couch was too soft and uncomfortable. Definitely painful for our back. If anything, it taught me to pay attention to listing details more carefully regarding furniture. The TV is a smart TV and limits to only streaming, something we don't do. We couldn't watch network channels nor the local news. We ended up purchasing an indoor antenna from Walmart, worked great. We'll use it for future travel. Also, the grill was out of gas and disgusting. Such a fire hazard. My husband spent over 45 minutes cleaning the entire grill. We purchase a tank of gas. It should be set for the next renter--you're welcome! I did reach out to Karen several times and she responded immediately and was receptive to my concerns. One last thing. The neighbors from up the street and around the corner love parking in front of this house, across the street. This made it difficult for us to pull our truck into the drive, since they were lined up in front of the garage to the corner. I do hope the HOA does something. It was daily for the 2 weeks we were there. So, my guess the threat of being fined from HOA is an empty one

Great work trip

Moving to AZ

My husband and I sold our house on the east coast and moved to Arizona. We rented this house for a month while we looked for a house to buy. The hosts were very easy and friendly to work with both while booking and during the rental period. The house was just what we needed. Shopping was just 3-4 miles away…. groceries, restaurants and home needs. Convenient to everything. The brand new Costco that opened 3 miles down the road was an added bonus.
