Wonderful rental experience. This house is so clean, comfy, and fun with all the things you need to enjoy your stay in Scottsdale. No notes. The pool and hot tub were especially wonderful for our relaxing girls weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and quite close to all of the fun of Old Scottsdale--lots of shops and restaurants within 10 minutes. Plus, it was easy access to the airport. The host, Colin, was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and checked in online throughout our trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Grab a toothbrush, clothes, sunscreen and hat and you’re set to go! This amazing getaway location has it all! The property feels as if it’s 10 minutes to all the attractions, yet private enough to come back to and relax after a day of exploring. The bathrooms are well stocked with products. So, leave those bulky items at home and save room in your luggage for fun things! Colin was so helpful and quick to respond to any last minute questions. Too busy to take photos of the property, but it is even better in person. Hoping to circle back for another trip soon!

This house has everything you need for relaxing stay. It was clean and has all the necessary amenities. The pool was nice, and the hot tub gets a 10/10. There’s outdoor games to play as well and an outdoor grill. The neighborhood is quiet. Check in and check out were super easy.

Overall, the place was in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to many amenities. Very easy to utilize Lift for transportation as just off a main thoroughfare, Scottsdale Road. We really enjoyed the pool and open kitchen area. Colin was very communicative and helpful, although we didn't need to contact him or the manager while there. Would stay there again and recommend this place for others.

First of all Collin was the ultimate host! I really appreciate all of the communication and clear guidelines he provided. This stay was impeccable because it is exactly as described and pictured! From the design, and layout to the pool area, bedrooms, bathrooms down to the comfortable bedsheets and plethora of towels. Soo many towels This was the coolest place I have stayed in a really long time and I vacation often! I can’t say enough about it! I am grateful for hosts who truly know what hospitality should look and feel like! I would stay here again and again when I come to Arizona. It was only minutes from Power & Flow which is where I was training for the weekend! Great location and direct access to restaurants and stores.This is how it’s done. If you are considering this booking, do it now. You will NOT be disappointed!

The Rest and Relaxation we needed! 5 STARS

This home was just perfect for our family! The home was very clean and very well decorated. It had all the things we needed to get away from our busy work schedules to just relax. My kids loved the heated pool (no additional charge) that they spent about 4 hours a day in. The hot tub was absolutely relaxing and huge! We didn’t spend too much time away from the home and so it was important that it had everything we needed and it did. We choose not to cook much on this trip but had we wanted to, the kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need to cook or grill outside. The best part of the home was the host, Colin. He was easy to communicate with, responded to questions quickly and was accommodating to our needs. Would definitely rent from this host again. Also, not having checkout chores was nice, although we did leave the home nice and tidy just to show our appreciation for the wonderful hospitality.

A week to escape the cold

Outstanding communication with host

This beautifully renovated and upgraded home was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was fresh and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable with plenty of towels and supplies. The heated pool and easy controls for the hot tub were wonderful features. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to many attractions. Two things set this home apart from other VRBOs: great communication with the host and very easy checkout. The host provided personalized and warm communications, clear instructions, a list of great local highlights, and even an easily downloadable app with all the information about the house. When it came time for checkout, all we only needed to do was turn everything off and lock the door. It was so simple compared to most VRBO houses. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the Phoenix area.

Great Place Great Host

This was only our second time booking a VRBO and Colin has set the bar extremely high. He made the entire process so simple. The house was clean and identical to the pictures contained in the listing. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our teenage kids. I would 100% stay at this property again or one of Colin’s other properties knowing the care and quality he puts into his places.

Amazing Property and Host. Like staying with friends!

This property is amazing. It was just as promised ( not always the case on VRBO!) The attention to detail from the decorating to having spices for cooking, were so well thought out and appreciated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Linens were clean and soft like a fine hotel. The backyard was the reason we chose the property. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. There's a remote to turn everything on and off which made it so easy. There are outdoor games like cornhole and giant Jenga. Inside there was a great selection of board games for all ages. The TV was huge and easy to use. You really felt as if you were staying at a friend's house. Great location and easy to get anywhere. We will definitely be back!

Home is in equal distance to everywhere. The airport, night life, shopping, and food spots are all about 10 minutes away. The large hot tub was very nice for friends to all fit comfortably and not feel on top of eachother. Would absolutely rent again.
