Come enjoy our 1 bedroom, with upstairs loft that features a Queen sleeper sofa and desk, 1.5 bathroom condo located on the second level of the complex in a gated community with a detached one-car garage for parking. You can’t beat its great location and five star resort style amenities within the community. Westin Kierland Golf Course is in walking distance and the TPC is also just minutes away. You can find unique shops, upscale dining and entertainment at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter just a mile away plus easy access to the freeway and close to Mayo Clinic. The beautiful community includes heated outdoor pool, spa, fitness room, stainless BBQ area and large ramada for outdoor dining.
* Complex construction work and noise within this building and there will be no use of the garage and work being done from January 1- February 16th.
*Parking: Garage parking for 1. There are additional uncovered parking spots available on a first come, first serve basis in the complex for a fee of $5.00 per day or $100 for the month. If additional parking is needed the fee is to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.

Enter the condo and walk up another set of stairs. The kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, traditional coffee maker and items to prepare your meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen with a table for 3. The living room has a leather sofa with recliners and a nice leather recliner, gas fireplace and a flat screen 55" smart TV with cable.
The Master bedroom features a King size bed, 55 TV with cable, closet and private master bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo. There is a loft upstairs that features queen sleeper sofa and desk with chair. The guest half bathroom has a single sink.
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.
-Guests will access the unit by an external set of stairs. There are also stairs within the condo as you walk in the door to the main floor of the condo. Additional stairs up to the loft.

Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
